  • Anycast at all four datacenters, so traffic reroutes in seconds, not hours
  • DWDM backbone up to 400G linking Dallas, San Antonio, McAllen & Harlingen
  • Sub-15 ms Harlingen to Dallas round trip
  • 24/7 NOC in Harlingen, staffed by the engineers who built the network

FAQ

Questions, Answered Straight.

Is TX Fiber available at my address?
We're building street by street across Harlingen, San Benito, and Los Fresnos, with McAllen next. Enter your address in the checker at the top of this page. If we're not on your street yet, join the build list and we'll tell you the day it goes live.
Are your speeds really symmetrical?
Yes. Every residential and business plan runs the same speed in both directions over dedicated fiber. A 2 Gig plan is 2,000 Mbps up and 2,000 Mbps down. You feel it on video calls, cloud backups, uploads, and working from home.
What does "anycast network" mean for me?
Our network is announced from four datacenters at once: Dallas, San Antonio, McAllen, and Harlingen. Your traffic enters at the closest healthy site and rides our private backbone. If a site degrades, traffic shifts in seconds without you noticing.
Do you serve businesses and other ISPs?
Yes. It's half of what we do: DIA 1G-100G, transport and DWDM wavelengths up to 400G, dark fiber, colocation in all four datacenters, DDoS protection, and IP network design for ISPs and enterprises. We serve single-location shops and multi-site carriers alike.
What's included with residential service?
Every plan includes a free static public IP, a free Wi-Fi router, professional installation, unlimited data, and no contract. Business-grade service at a home price. That's the TX Fiber standard.
Who do I call when something goes wrong?
Us, directly, at (956) 216-7500. Residential support answers Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm CT, from Harlingen. Business customers on dedicated circuits reach our 24/7 NOC any time. No offshore call center, no ticket black hole.
