What we collect, why, and how to have it deleted. No selling, no trackers.
TX Fiber is the brand of South Texas Internet LLC, 305 E Jackson Ave, Harlingen, TX 78550. This policy covers this website, txfiber.co.
You can browse this site without giving us anything. We only collect what you type into our forms:
When you submit a form, we also save your IP address, your browser type, the page you sent it from, and the time. We use these to block spam and abuse.
To answer your question, to tell you when fiber is available at the address you gave us, and to keep our forms free of spam. That's it.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. One note: the site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which see your IP address the way any website you load does. No form information goes to Google.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers or data brokers. Your submission is saved on our own server. A copy is emailed to our team through our email delivery provider, SMTP2GO. We'll disclose information beyond that only if the law requires it.
We keep your submission until you ask us to delete it.
Wherever you live, you can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you've sent us. Email alex@southtexas.net from the address you used and tell us what you'd like done. We'll confirm when it's done.
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
